It only took one chef, John Diamantopoulos, chef/owner of All Star Sandwich Bar, and his recipe for Mediterranean Crab Cakes, to stop traffic at this week’s Cambridge Center Farmers’ Market at Kendall Square. It wasn’t just the smell of luscious crab cakes cooking that pulled in viewers, but also the prospect of trying John’s amazing accompaniments: Avocado Relish, Tzatziki and Heirloom Tomato Vinaigrette. You can get the recipe for each of these versatile components and use them in endless, edible possibilities.
